Most dog owners have been hit with the big ol’ sad eyes by their dogs. Head on your knee while you try to eat dinner, their lovable little faces just look so sad that you haven’t shared your meal with them.
Recognising this horrible problem, ice-creamery Gelatissimo has created a brand new dog-friendly flavour of gelato that can be eaten by both people and pups.
The limited-edition flavour is called Pawesome Peanut Butter and it’ll be in stores from Friday May 3, just in time for a leisurely Friday night in with movies and ice-cream.
Better yet, the gelato is vegan – so everyone can eat it.
However, Gelatissimo warns that due to the new flavour containing peanuts and soy products, the frosty delight probably isn’t suitable for people or pooches who have nut allergies or pooches who have a history of pancreatitis.
