Here’s the story of house named Brady… which has been listed for sale in America for US$1.885 (AUD2.54) million.
The iconic Studio City house is on the market for the first time after 50 years, and the beloved exterior featured in the show hasn’t changed in all that time.
While the interiors for the actual series were filmed on a sound stage, the house features high vaulted ceilings and a distinctive stone fireplace, capturing the style of 1970s America.
However, according to realtor Jodie Levitus Francisco, that could all be set to change if the property is torn down by developers.
“The listing agent said the family was hoping to get someone to preserve the house,” Francisco told Deadline “and at $1.85, I don’t know if a developer would pay that much.”
