Are your plants looking a little worse for wear?
Inconsistent watering is one of the biggest reasons why your plants are struggling.
How to stop overwatering your plants
That’s where the PerkyPod comes in – a game-changer in plant care.
Designed by Newcastle Mum of three, interior design lover and civil engineer Louise Burr has created the perky pod, a pot plant with a unique drainage, filtration and water catchment system, effectively eliminating the risks of both under and overwatering.
Aka, keeping your plants alive just got easier.
“I developed a love of plants throughout my twenties and thirties, but once I had children and a full-time job, caring for them became a real burden,” said Louise.
“The guesswork involved in over or underwatering my plants led to many plant failures, such as annoying puddles, dying plants, and fungus gnat infestations.”
How does the PerkyPod work?
PerkyPod is a patent-pending plant pot with a unique internal drainage, filtration, and water catchment system.
Plant owners can water their plants thoroughly, and the excess water drains away and is filtered and funnelled into a water catchment drawer.
This drawer can be emptied and recycled into another plant or left until the next watering session, making it impossible to overwater your plants.
PerkyPod also has optional castor wheels, making moving large plants around the house a breeze. It is designed with aesthetics in mind, so it will complement any décor.
