A couple of weeks ago Cadbury posted a teaser trailer to their Facebook page claiming there would soon be a new way to enjoy the humble Crème Egg, but I’m not sure we saw this coming.
The iconic chocolate brand has released a special edition Crème Egg block of chocolate just in time for Easter.
The gooey-centred chocolate egg has been transformed into an easy-to-eat block with bite-sized squares filled with the creamy goodness.
The block is now available at Coles and Woolworths across Australia and images of the product have been cropping up all over social media, but it seems this new creation is a little bit difficult to get your hands on.
The Cadbury Crème Egg block is available in the 250g size and costs $4.79, but they are only available for a limited time, so you better high-tail it to the supermarket quick-sticks if you plan to get your hands on this new choccy hybrid.
