Fast Ed’s Crayfish Rolls

Fast Ed’s continuing his adventures in Mandurah, outside of Perth, and taste-testing the local produce along the way. Home to the annual Crab Fest, Mandurah is famous for its seafood so Ed’s cooking up Crayfish Rolls with Modern Mornay and Apple and Honey Country Cake with Honeycomb Cream for dessert.
