Ingredients
40ml gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
7ml simple sugar syrup
1 inch cucumber
10ml pear liqueur
50ml cloudy apple juice
40ml soda water
Method

Add cucumber, gin, lemon, sugar and pear liqueur to hi ball and muddle.

Add cubed ice and churn well.

Add apple juice and top with soda, adding more ice to fill glass.

Garnish with cucumber.
