1.5 parts (45mL/ 1.5 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Agave Blanco Spirit OR Lyre’s Agave Reserva Spirit
0.5 parts (15mL/ 0.5 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Orange Sec
0.25 parts (7.5mL/ 0.25 Fl Oz) white sugar syrup (1:1)
1 part (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) lime juice
Dash orange bitters (optional)
Method

Shake briefly with ice.

Salt half the rim of a cocktail coupette. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Free margs for World Margarita Day
To celebrate World Margarita Day on Tuesday 22 February, Richard Reid will be hitting the streets of Sydney in the Lyre's Margarita truck.
There will be fresh and frozen margaritas free for all with a catch: no alcohol, no hangover.
Head to West Circular Quay (in front of the MCA Forecourt) between 10am to 3pm for all the fun (or until they’re all gone!).
