Prawns are an Aussie summer staple, as is not turning the oven on as much as possible. This no-cook salad is filled with protein from prawns and lots of black beans, with fresh herbs, hot sauce and lime adding that extra bit of zing.
Make this when it’s too hot to be anywhere near the kitchen!

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk the hot sauce, lime juice and olive oil. Season.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together prawns, black beans, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and coriander. Pour over dressing, toss again and serve immediately.
