How to make the most delicious passionfruit mojito

Want to impress your friends this entertaining season? This passionfruit mojito will do the trick.

Its tangy passionfruit pulp with fresh mint, zesty lime, just a touch of sugar, and crisp white rum, creates the perfect party cocktail. Top with a splash of soda water for a cocktail bursting with flavour.

Step 1

In a glass, muddle passionfruit pulp with mint leaves.

Step 2

Add ice, rum and cordial. Stir. Top up with soda water, serve with passionfruit wedges and extra mint leaves.
