With less than five ingredients, it doesn’t take long to have this delicious Christmas ham on the table. Just make sure you prepare a substantial amount of the sweet and sticky glaze so no one misses out.

Method
Position oven shelf in lowest position of oven. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a roasting pan large enough to comfortably hold ham with 2 sheets of baking paper.
Remove rind from ham. Use a sharp knife to score fat in 1cm rows, making sure not to cut deeper than 5mm. Put ham in roasting pan.
Combine marmalade and sugar in a saucepan and cook over a low heat until melted.
Add mixed spice, stir to combine, then add macadamias and stir to coat. Spoon half the mixture over surface of ham. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven. Carefully spoon over remaining glaze. Return to oven and bake for a further 45 minutes or until golden. Slice ham. Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
