If you’ve never tried mochi before, you’re definitely missing out. There’s nothing quite like the texture of this chewy rice treat, which is found everywhere in Japan but almost unheard of here. Fast Ed’s making his own version and, instead of the traditional red bean or black sesame filling, he’s using a chocolate hazelnut paste which really takes this treat to the next level.
