Air fryer charcuterie chips have been taking our feeds by storm (and we’re not mad about it). They’re crunchy, flavour-packed, and irresistibly snackable. A game-changer for entertaining – easy to make and ready in just minutes.
You can top these chips with your favourite charcuterie faves – such as smoked prosciutto, creamy brie – and be sure to give a generous sprinkle with fig paste. This recipe is viral for a reason. It’s delicious!
Ingredients
Method
Line the air-fryer basket with foil to cover the entire base and walls. Fill with chips, then top with prosciutto, brie and fig paste. Air-fry for 5–8 minutes or until brie has melted.
Carefully remove foil from air fryer, transfer to a serving plate and top with rocket and parmesan.

Cook’s tips
The amount of chips used will depend on the size of your air fryer. In testing, we used a 4-litre air fryer.
