These little chocolate nests are almost too cute to eat… almost! 

Steph de Sousa’s delicious chocolate nests are a quick and easy treat to create with the kids just in time for Easter! Crunchy, chocolatey, and made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re the perfect Easter treat for kids and grown-ups alike. Plus, no baking required! Just melt, mix, shape, and pop in some mini eggs. So easy, so fun, and so delicious!

Method

Step 1

Melt chocolate in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring each time until smooth.

Step 2

Stir the fried noodles and coconut into the melted chocolate, until completely covered.

Step 3

Using about 2 tablespoons of mixture at a time, scoop rounds onto a baking paper-lined tray, then use the spoon’s back to shape into little nests.

Step 4

Pop a few mini eggs into each nest, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
