Tip! To prevent the chocolate from setting, it’s easiest to melt in batches.

Ingredients

200g packet pretzel twists

225g packet white chocolate melts

10g packet freeze-dried strawberries, roughly crushed

½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Using a 7cm cookie cutter, outline 8 rounds on two sheets of baking paper. Place, texta side down onto baking trays.

  2. Roughly crush pretzels (you don’t want them a fine dust, just small bits of biscuit). Place in a bowl.

  3. Melt half the chocolate in a bowl. Using a teaspoon drizzle a circle of chocolate 1cm wide around the circle outlines on one tray. Sprinkle with a little pretzel, strawberry and pistachio. Drizzle again with more chocolate and finish with more pretzel, strawberry and pistachio. Set aside to set.

  4. Melt remaining chocolate in a bowl and repeat using second tray and remaining ingredients.
