Ingredients
1.5 litres Woolworths vanilla bean ice cream
5 x Woolworths gingerbread cookies
5 x Woolworths cinnamon and vanilla cookies
½ Woolworths dark chocolate hazelnut pudding
½ cup Woolworths butterscotch popcorn
1 punnet fresh raspberries
10-15 Woolworths mini meringues
½ cup marshmallows
8-10 white chocolate coconut balls
Woolworths candy canes
Woolworth cherries
Gold leaf
Method

Begin by removing the ice cream from the freezer for 15 minutes allowing it to soften slightly.

Line a 2.5L bowl with plastic wrap and set it aside.

Prepare the rest of your ingredients. This way, the ice cream is not sitting out any longer than it should.

Spoon the ice cream into a large bowl and add all your goodies of choice, folding it through carefully but quickly

Spoon the ice cream mix into the lined bowl, seal and freeze overnight.

Flip out the pudding, then use a blunt knife to smooth over the creases from the glad wrap.

Return the pudding to the freezer and prepare your decorations.

Melt the chocolate for decoration, wash cherries, prepare sprinkles and any other decoration you’re using.

Spoon the melted chocolate over the top and allow it to drip down.

Decorate with sprinkles, cherries and candy canes and add a final touch of gold leaf.

Return your ice cream pudding to the freezer until ready to serve.
