Move over Kmart mums – dads are getting in on the hacks and we’ve found one with a brilliant mirror wall hack.
A Victorian dad has created a stunning mirror wall using $5 trays from Kmart.
The clever hack is the brainchild of Rey Ilagan-Munoz, who together with his wife spotted the rose gold mirror tray in Kmart.
“We were at Kmart just to buy a few things for the house and [my husband] spotted the wooden trays with mirror,” explained Arlene Ilagan-Munoz.
“He said it would make a nice wall feature.”
Mr Ilagan-Munoz used Command strips with velcro to hang the nine trays side-by-side.
“He is very proud of his creation,” Ms Ilagan-Munoz said.
The creative DIY project received 1.3K ‘likes’ on the Facebook page, Kmart Mums Australia, and the couple were praised for their ingenuity.
“That is awesome. Well done Kmart hubby,” one mum said.
“Oh wow super cool hack then, nice and easy and cheap AND flexible,” added another.
