Normally, when a celebrity gives us a glimpse into their home, it’s luxurious, beautifully styled and spotless. It isn’t every day that we get to see a real celebrity kitchen with a charmingly chaotic vibe.

We’re talking well-loved pots hanging from the wall, a collection of vases for garden blooms, a drying rack beside the sink with piles of dishes, and appliances covering every corner.

“This is my kitchen in Montauk,” Cynthia says. “I’m about to serve up some coffee.”

Her kitchen is giving cosy, welcoming, and relatable. In the comments section, fans shared their surprise and appreciation for the simplicity of her space.

One fan said, “Finally, a celebrity kitchen that looks like someone actually uses it!”

She has oak cabinet doors, shelves stacked with baskets and bowls, an old-school splashback and an ordinary island bench.

“These are my pots and pans and my colanders,” Cynthia says, pointing to her wall. Hanging from the hooks are cast iron pans, stainless steel pots, plastic chopping boards, and on the bench is a bright orange kettle.

The rustic charm and practicality is something her followers really admired, and many took to the comments to share their thoughts.

“Love the hanging pots, so homey and practical. It’s clear this kitchen gets used!” said one follower.

“It’s like a kitchen from a cosy cottage, so charming,” said another.

In the centre of her kitchen is a large window with spices and tins covering the windowsill’s entirety. But in this case, it’s the unpolished clutter that makes it feel beautiful.

“Love the windowsill! It’s the little clutter that makes a kitchen feel real and not staged,” a follower said.

In the reel, Cynthia holds up a bright blue basket hanging from the window latch. “This is my basket that I [use to] get stuff from the garden,” she shares, showing us kale she harvested from the garden. “It’s very delicious and very fresh.”

Next, she shows us her vase collection. “This is all my vases because there are a lot of flowers in the garden. And there’s a lobster pot and there’s a basket that I put bread or biscuits or toast in. This is some kale that was going to seed, and I chopped the top off. Here’s my garlic oil, here’s my lemon mint water, here’s my things to cut stuff in the garden [garden shears].”

It was at this very point that we realised we needed a garden tour next, and the feeling was mutual.

A follower said, “This is the best thing I’ve seen all day! Love how well used your pots and pans are and can see the sign that you actually use the kitchen, often. Love that you grow your own kale ! I would love to see your veggie garden 🙌❤️🥰💕”

But of course, as Cynthia said at the beginning of her reel, she was going to serve up some coffee.

“Here’s my tea, it’s very important, very precious,” she says before moving to her gas cooktop. On it, a black Italian percolator beside a small stainless steel pot filled with milk.

It seems in Cynthia’s household, she makes her froth the old-fashioned way.

“Here’s my coffee. I’ve got the foam, I’m going to pour it,” she says as she holds up her blue and white cuppucino cup. “Italian coffee maker, yum,” she adds as she pours some coffee in.

“A little more foam and a little cinnamon. Yum.”
