This week, Johanna’s meeting an inspiring woman who has transformed her passion for ‘junk’ into an idyllic eco-haven getaway in the Kangaroo Valley. Sarah Crowe had always dreamt about a place in the country and when she finally got the chance, she created an escape she could feel good about. A passionate environmentalist, Sarah has turned a run-down dairy shed and machinery shed into luxury eco-accommodation which is brimming with personality. Using reclaimed materials as much as possible, Sarah has re-used and repurposed, with many of the most stunning design features sourced from Sarah’s favourite shop: the tip! Sarah’s taking Johanna for a tour and sharing her favourite finds.
