Wardrobe ideas to love!

If you have an old solid timber wardrobe, or perhaps you’ve bought one from a thrift shop, giving it a makeover to bring it up to style is an easy weekend project. To replicate this idea: give it a light sand then brush away dust. Coat wardrobe with primer and let dry. Paint the wardrobe with 2-3 coats of your chosen topcoat colour – this buttery yellow is a delightful option! PS, if your wardrobe is missing a hanging rail, you can add a new one using painted dowel. Easy!

Bring instant flair to the inside of your wardrobe by lining the internal surfaces with fabulous wallpaper (check out the range at selected Bunnings stores). Don’t let the internal surface of your wardrobe door go to waste – it’s valuable real estate for your collection of shoes! Just hang a shoe storage system from the top of the door, then pile them in.
