Simmone Logue is a baker, workshop host, cookbook author and renovator. In 1990 she turned her passion for cooking into a small business that grew into a catering business and now her products are available in supermarkets Australia wide. Along with her twin sister, she bought Essington Park 30 years ago and restored it to its former glory, giving her a beautiful country retreat from her busy career.
