It makes sense, then, that International Coffee Day exists. A day to celebrate the beverage that keeps us functioning at work and makes a morning person out of a night owl. The Coffee Club giveaway
To celebrate International Coffee Day on Tuesday October 1. Australia’s largest home-grown café group – The Coffee Club – is giving away a free coffee to every person who downloads The Coffee Club Rewards App and presents the offer in-store.
The free small coffee* is available on presentation of the offer in store. The Coffee Club will be serving up their Signature Blend, which combines beans from Columbia, Brazil and India.
The app provides members with exclusive access to offers and discounts, and the chance to earn reward points to redeem in store, earning $1 for every $10 spent at any store. The app also features a store locator, and the ability to pre-load credit into a secure account so you never have to juggle a hot coffee, wallet and a phone again. Also, 10c from every 1KG of coffee sold by The Coffee Club helps to fund environmental and social projects in these coffee growing regions.
*Free coffee is limited to one per app download. Additional charges may apply for milk, syrup and liqueur additions. Valid any time during store opening hours on 1 October only.

The mymacca’s app giveaway
McDonald’s is also celebrating International Coffee Day! Aussies can grab a fresh, hot coffee for $1 from McCafé through the mymacca’s app.
Available from 12am to 11:59pm on Tuesday 1st October, Aussies can redeem their $1 coffee by checking the My Rewards on the mymacca’s app and pick up in restaurant or through Drive Thru, with a limit of one small espresso-based hot beverage per customer.
The mymacca’s app is available for download on iOS via the Apple App Store and Android via Google Play.
