Ingredients
395g can sweetened condensed milk
180g block dark chocolate, finely chopped
60g unsalted butter, chopped
¼ cup milk (approx.)
Method

In a medium saucepan combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Gradually add milk and stir to combine (depending on how thick you want your sauce you can add less or more milk).

Serve over ice-cream.
Cook's tips
Store at room temperature for up to 1 week. Add a little more milk to thin out before using if needed.
