Need cake stall inspo or just want to satisfy your sweet tooth? These super simple treats will be the fave of the day! And if you prefer mega-freckles, that's easy! Just use ¼ cup chocolate per freckle instead for jumbo treats.

Ingredients

225g milk chocolate melts

155g jar 100s and 1000s

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 15 second bursts until melted and smooth.

  2. Pour the sprinkles into a shallow bowl or tray until they cover the base (you may not need all the sprinkles).

  3. Dollop teaspoonfuls of chocolate onto the sprinkles in rounds, repeating to cover the whole tray or bowl. Chill for 15 mins or until set.

  4. Place a wire rack over a baking tray. Gently shake the bowl or tray of chocolate and sprinkles over the wire rack.

Cook's tip

If you line the baking tray with baking paper, you can use the paper to easily pour the remaining 100s and 1000s back into the jar for another use.
