Ingredients
2 x 410g cans apples, peaches, or apricots, or 500g frozen berries
1 Tbsp cornflour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
250g unsalted butter, melted
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup plain flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Method
-
Grab a 5-cup baking pan that fits your fryer. Empty cans of fruit (including syrup if using peaches or apricots) or put berries into it. Sprinkle cornflour and cinnamon over fruit. Give it a good mix, making sure fruit is well coated. Once done, set it aside.
-
In a separate bowl, put in melted butter, oats, coconut, flour and sugar. Stir everything together until it’s well mixed and forms clumps.
-
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of your fruit. But don’t press it down, you want to keep it a bit chunky. That way, you end up with some deliciously big chunks of crumble bits. Pop your crumble into your air fryer, set the temperature to 180°C and the timer for 15 minutes.
