Step 1

In a blender, combine mango, yoghurt, banana, milk and 2 tablespoons of honey. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

Step 2

Pour into two bowls. Top with fresh or dried mango, macadamia nuts and coconut. Drizzle with extra honey.

Cook’s tip!

  • To toast the oats and almonds, spread in a shallow baking pan.
  • Bake in a 180°C/160°C fan-forced oven, stirring once, until lightly brown and fragrant, 5 to 8 minutes.
