For irresistible finger food, top golden garlic toasts with creamy ricotta, honey-roasted tomatoes and fresh basil to make this delicious cherry tomato crostini.

 Whisk garlic, vinegar, honey, tomato paste and oil in small bowl until well combined.Â
Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Put tomato and rosemary in shallow tray that fits into air fryer basket. Drizzle with oil mixture. Season. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until tender and sticky. Set aside to cool. Remove and discard rosemary sprig.Â
Meanwhile, for crostini, combine oil and garlic in a small bowl. Season. Brush over both sides of bread slices.Â
Working in batches, cook bread in a single layer in air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a serving platter.Â
Spread crostini with ricotta and top with tomato and basil to serve.
