This warm toastie might just be better than the original meal. It’s a great way to use up leftover turkey, but better yet can even use up leftover brie from the cheeseboard!

Ingredients
Method
1.
Preheat a sandwich press.
2.
Spread cream cheese on one side of 2 slices of bread and spread cranberry sauce on remaining 2. Top cranberry sauce with turkey, stuffing, brie, rocket and pistachios, then sandwich with cream cheese bread. Butter each side of each sandwich.
3.
Toast sandwiches in preheated sandwich press for 4 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Serve immediately with chips on the side.
