Honey soy chicken wings

Sweet, sticky and finger-licking delicious.

Cut out the marinating time and get right to roasting these straight-from-the-supermarket, sweet, sticky wings. PS, the fancy salad and garnishes are super easy.

Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (200°C conventional). Line an oven tray with baking paper. Cook wings following packet instructions.

Meanwhile, using a sharp knife, slice spring onions into very thin strips and place in a small bowl of iced water for 3 minutes to curl.

Quarter each cos lettuce and arrange on a serving platter with peeled cucumber. In a small bowl combine aioli and lemon juice (you may need a little more or less depending on how thick the mixture is). Drizzle lettuce and cucumber with aioli mixture.

4.

Sprinkle honey soy wings with sesame seeds, and serve with cos salad, spring onions and coriander leaves.
