Make back to school an enjoyable thing

No nuts in these bad boys!

But if you want the cashew version, check it out here.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Put oats and dates into the bowl of a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process again until well combined.

2.

Roll mixture into balls, using 2 tsp for each ball. ( An easy way to do this is to measure 1 tablespoon of mixture, then halve it)

3.

Roll balls in either coconut or cocoa, or leave them nude. Package into airtight containers and refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.

We recommend storing them in the freezer as they are delicious when eaten icy cold.

(Don’t worry, they won’t actually freeze solid.)
