Living in the inner city often means sacrificing space and a garden. But Charlie has found a property that’s managed to buck that trend. When the owners needed more space, they didn’t move further away from town, they were lucky enough to buy their neighbours’ property and meld the two together. The architects then worked with a landscape architect to create a special home and garden that seamlessly transitions the inside to the outside, features several micro-climates and caters to the different needs of the whole family, all with sustainability at its heart.
