Fast Ed is continuing his foodie adventures through New South Wales and this week he’s visiting the home of some of Australia’s most amazing natural attractions, the Blue Mountains. Sadly, the Blue Mountains were hit hard by this summer’s devastating bushfires, but the community is bouncing back by focusing on what they do best: growing great food! From apples and cider to award-winning honey, this region grows some of the best produce the country has to offer.
