How to master the foil print trend at home

Gather your supplies

 

Here’s how

STEP 1 Place your paper or stickers right side up in the carrier pouch. Cut foil to size and lay coloured side up over paper.

STEP 2 Using the correct heat setting (regular paper and card is Setting 3, other products will list their heat setting), let the rollers grab the carrier pouch and run it through the machine.

STEP 3 When it comes out, open the pouch and peel off the foil sheet. Where the design was black will now be shiny with foil.

Create greeting cards and formal invitations for all occasions using the minc machine and reactive foil in your choice of colours. To make a card that pops.

Here’s how

STEP 1 Cut white card to 21 x 15cm. Fold in half.

STEP 2 Cut a background paper to 9.5 x 14cm. 

STEP 3 Apply a reactive foil to the card, a layered flower die cut and a greeting plaque.

STEP 4 Attach the elements, as pictured, with double-sided tape.
