Method
Heat a medium frying pan on high heat. Add beef and seasoning. Cook, stirring to break up any lumps in the mince, for 4 minutes.
Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add beans and zucchini. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Heat rice according to the directions on the packet.
Add rice to pan with turmeric, stock and chickpeas. Stir. Cook, covered, on medium heat for 5 minutes or until zucchini and beans are tender. Season.
Serve with yoghurt and coriander.
