White chocolate, raspberry and banana jaffles

Sweet dreams are made of these jaffles. Say bye bye to savoury toasties and treat yourself to one with white choc, raspberry and bananas instead.

Preheat a 2-slice jaffle maker. Arrange banana slices on 4 of the bread slices. Top with chocolate and frozen raspberries, then sandwich with remaining bread slices. Spread the outside face of each sandwich with a little butter

Cook 2 sandwiches at a time in hot jaffle maker for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, as contents will be very hot. Serve jaffles topped with yoghurt, coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
