have a go at making this zesty dressing, then toss them through your favourite salads and enjoy the compliments!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp water

1 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp honey

Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season

Method

Put all ingredients in a 250ml jar. Secure lid and shake well until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
