Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. using a sharp knife, remove the stem from the centre of kale leaves and discard. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces.Â

Arrange kale pieces on the lined trays. Spray kale with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the kale is crisp. Serve.Â
