Try this macadamia choc-nut sundae for yourself.
400ml reduced fat vanilla ice cream (9 small scoops)
2 medium bananas , halved lengthways
125g fresh blueberries
80ml diet chocolate topping
1 packet of chocolate macadamias
6 individual glace cherries, with stems
A few hours before making this recipe, place sundae glasses in the fridge or freezer to chill. This will help to make sure the ice cream doesn’t melt too quickly when you make your sundaes.
Once your glasses have chilled, you can get your ice cream out of the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes so it is easy to scoop.
Once the ice cream has sufficiently thawed, place three scoops of ice cream into each of the chilled sundae glasses.
Layer on top of the ice cream the banana and blueberries.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and dot with chocolate macadmias.
Finally, top with a few glacier cherries and serve.
