Camels may not be the animal you think of when you think of dairy, but that’s about to change. Dr Harry ventures to a camel farm in Queensland to meet a family pioneering the milking of camels for pasteurized milk and all sorts of dairy products. With many benefits over traditional cow’s milk, this farm also produces yoghurt, cheese, chocolate and even a range of skincare products.
