From fruity to bitter and sour, we’ve transformed Aperol Spritz, Bee’s Knees, Pimm’s and Amaretto Sour into a cheesecake, tiramisu, tart and drizzle cake.

A twist on the traditional English treat, this Amaretto sour bakewell tart combines the rich, nutty sweetness of almond liqueur with the sharp tang of fresh lemon in a silky frangipane filling. Held together by a buttery shortcrust pastry and garnished with maraschino cherries, it’s a perfectly balanced sweet and sour dessert.
