Dessert tacos
Prep: 12 Minutes - Serves 4

Ingredients

1 packet of Old El Paso Hard Shell Tacos

2 frozen bananas

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of raw honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon coconut water

Method

  1. Cook your taco shells in the oven for 5-6 mins at 160 degrees C. Once cooked, take your taco shells out of the oven and sit to cool. 


  2. Whilst they're cooking, place your bananas, honey, peanut butter, chia seeds and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. 

  3. Fill cooked tacos with blended ingredients and enjoy.
