Drop in for a visit between 12pm and 5pm on the Saturday or Sunday and you’ll have the opportunity to taste more than 100 types of rare and boutique wines for a very pocket-friendly one-off entry fee of $10 – available online.
Two particular drawcards worth mentioning is the opportunity to taste the world-renowned Muscat of Rutherglen, a secret drink that sits somewhere between a wine and spirit. Unlike anything else produced anywhere in the world, Muscat of Rutherglen is rich, complex, mysterious, sensual and full of flavour. You’ll also be able to taste the Rutherglen region’s most celebrated drop, Rutherglen durif.
There will be food available at the location from Fed Square foodie favourite Beer Deluxe, plus chilled acoustic music from local duo act Hey Jack. You’ll even be able to purchase wines from the wine makers to stock up your wine collection.
