What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with a decadently delicious treat. And it doesn’t get much better than a cold ice-cream on a warm day. But ice-cream and warm weather aren’t best friends, so Ed’s come up with an ingenious solution, ice cream that isn’t ice cream. You just need to able to keep it a little bit cold. And to make it a truly spectacular dish, Ed’s dipping the cone in white chocolate sauce and decorating it with his favourite lollies.
