• 60g dark chocolate, chopped
• 200g shortbread biscuits
• 1 tsp fleur de sel or sea-salt flakes

Note: Allow 2 hours setting
Line an oven tray with baking paper. Put chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave chocolate on high/100%, stirring twice, for 30-60 seconds
or until melted.
Dip shortbread, 1 piece at a time, halfway into melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Put shortbread on prepared tray. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Stand for 1-2 hours or until set, before serving
