Delicate, pale and brilliant pink in colour, the concoction smells floral with notes of honeycrisp apple, sweet pea blossoms, and a hint of oak. and it looks as good as it tastetes, apparently, Hangar 1 describing the taste as "silky and soft, with notes of berry and wood, and a crisp acidity".
