This makeover goes to show that a few simple changes can make all the difference. Tara’s creating an outdoor cooking zone. Adam revives the deck and with the addition of sails it becomes a much more useable and comfortable space. And to brighten up the outlook, Jason builds a clever tiered garden that can be enjoyed from high or low.

You still can’t wipe the smile from the affable chippie who won season 2 of House Rules with his wife Lisa in 2014. Mortgage-free and joining the Better Homes and Gardens team a year later as their resident builder, it’s fair to say that Adam’s grin isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
