410g packet vanilla cupcakes
BUTTERCREAM
250g softened, unsalted butter
3 cups pure icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
a few drops green food colouring
Mini Oreos, mini brown M&M, and strawberry slices for decorations

Prepare 410g packet vanilla cupcakes following packet instructions. Cool completely.

BUTTERCREAM In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat 250g softened, unsalted butter until pale.

Gradually add 3 cups pure icing sugar. Beat in 2 tbsp milk and a few drops green food colouring. Dollop buttercream onto cupcakes.

Arrange Mini Oreos onto icing to form eyes and place mini brown M&M in centre.

Press strawberry slice into icing to form tongue.
