FARFETCH accepts returns of unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and packing to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, return shipping is not included. 

Lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear may only be returned if they are unworn and still have the sanitary liners attached. Final sale items, face masks, and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
