Ingredients
1 large banana, thinly sliced
8 slices white bread
¼ cup white chocolate melts, roughly chopped
½ cup frozen raspberries
Softened butter, to spread
Vanilla yoghurt, to serve
Toasted coconut flakes, to serve
Fresh raspberries, to serve

Preheat a 2-slice jaffle maker. Arrange banana slices on 4 of the bread slices. Top with chocolate and frozen raspberries, then sandwich with remaining bread slices. Spread the outside face of each sandwich with a little butter

Cook 2 sandwiches at a time in hot jaffle maker for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, as contents will be very hot. Serve jaffles topped with yoghurt, coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
