12 large strawberries, washed and dried
200g white chocolate, chopped and melted
150g dark chocolate, chopped and melted
Dip strawberries into white chocolate up to the hull, then set of a tray lined with baking paper until the chocolate is set.
Dip each strawberry twice into dark chocolate at an angle, to create a deep V-shape on the front of each berry to create the tuxedo jacket. Return to tray. Refrigerate until set.
Load remaining dark chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a 1mm round nozzle. Pipe 2 small joined triangles at the top of the strawberry on the white chocolate to create a bow tie. Then pipe 3 small dos underneath to make buttons. Allow the chocolate to set.
