How many of us have dreamed of moving to the country in the last two years? Joh and Pete visit a home in which the owner wanted a tree-change but didn’t want to leave their postcode. So, she brought the countryside to them with an unusual reno in which she renovated the existing building and built a flat for herself at the back of the block. With communal building and garden in the middle, the property has the look of a village green. Terracotta tile walls give this multi-generational family property an award-winning style.
